History Lesson 10- The Hills. Some incredible images of San Clemente taken during the 60’s. SCHS bottom left with Broadmoor homes under construction and Avenida Presidio. Life before Marblehead, Forster Ranch, Talega and Lifetime Fitness. The high school was basically in the boonies. I’ve heard stories of people who learned to drive and some good drag racing on the two lane highway(Pico) that basically went to nowhere.
Not sure why I was so fascinated with these photos. The ocean gets all the hype but our hills have been so beautiful lately with all the rain.
